A meditator and healer for over two decades, has abundant energy and positive vibration. Can scan you in few minutes and heal you too of course. His wish is to provide complete relief from sufferings of various painful conditions through energy healing.  He sincerely wishes to transform the world filled with peace, joy and blissfulness. He has conducted numerous workshops and healing courses.

With a basic degree in Psychology, and the years of healing practice has resulted in creating a scanning system by which each organ, each blood vessel and each nerve can be accurately scanned. The scanning goes beyond the chakras. This helps in diagnosing the physical and mental problems accurately. This diagnosis is more subtle and more accurate than the machines that are employed by the medical professionals. In fact none of the machines can scan all the parts of the body and neither it can scan the minute blood vessels like the capillaries or neurons. A human being can scan very accurately. Using the scanning, healing can be effected for even chronic cases.

To make the healing powerful, concepts like HoHo Pono Pono, Co-counseling, Negative Discharge are used.

M. Babu

Babu’s curiosity in Yoga philosophy led him to his first yoga class in 2000. Since then yoga has become part of the fabric of his life having seen profound and far reaching changes in his life from the practice. YOGA SIRONMANI and YOGA ACHARYA from SIVANANDA INTERNATIONAL GURUKULAM, NEYYAR DAM, KERALA, basically a meditator and healer for over two decades…..his healing arts has given tremendous results so far with a wide range of beneficiaries.His keen interest in alternate healing and wellness therapies lead him to complete the Advanced Pranic healing course and Psychotherapy.

Babu is passionate about sharing the blend of contemporary and traditional yoga and meditation practices for yogis who live in active modern lives. He is dedicated to sharing this empowering knowledge with people who are seeking to enhance their wellbeing, through classes, workshops and yoga teacher trainings. He is known for his authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. He weaves thought-provoking meditations throughout his classes, applying ancient wisdom to our contemporary western world in a useful and understandable way.

Apart from Yoga and Healing he is a martial arts world champion too in the master’s category (Goju Ryo World Championship) and has been conducting classes all over Chennai for the past 25 years. He is the Director of COLT KARATE and co-founder of SAPTA DALLA YOGA. A fitness freak and a workaholic.

Bharathi

She completed her two-years apprenticeship with Yoga Acharya Babu in 2006 and has been teaching yoga since 2005. She is a P.G.Dip holder in Yoga and M.SC(Yoga Therapy) from Annamalai University. She has completed 100hrs rigorous Pre & Post Natal Training recognized by Maharashtra Government. The asana practice and philosophy of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is her bliss. Teaching yoga is her passion and her intention is always that her classes are safe, dynamic, energetic and taught with integrity. She feels a strong commitment to assisting people in striving towards health and wellness through yoga.

Bharathi’s passion in teaching lies in her desire to encourage students to gently explore and deepen their practice at their own pace. Through her clear and precise teaching approach, she aims to inspire her students to create the balance between compassion and challenge in finding their individual practice. Relaxation Techniques and Yoga Nidra are her expertise. She is very kids friendly, fun loving, understandable and approachable.

She is the co-founder of SAPTA DALLA YOGA, a unit of CELEBRATION OF LIFE TRUST. She is a Montessori trained teacher too with B.Com, I.C.W.A.I., B.Ed. Has ample of teaching experience in leading CBSE schools and understands the student’s need very well.

A yoga teacher is an individual trained to properly teach the poses used in yoga practice. Their role can also extend beyond the physical aspects of yoga as they may take a holistic approach that incorporates the mental, emotional and spiritual elements of the discipline into their teaching..
